Felix Finds Market currently ships to addresses within the United States.

Shipping Cost

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.

Delivery Time

Estimated delivery is 6–12 business days. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, address problems, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Order Tracking

When tracking information becomes available, it will be sent to the email address provided during checkout. Tracking may take a few days to update after an order ships.

Multiple Packages

Items may be fulfilled by different suppliers and could arrive in separate packages at different times.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order begins processing.

Delayed, Lost, or Damaged Orders

If an order is significantly delayed, marked delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us at paunancy51@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos when applicable so we can review the issue.
